Hay indicios de que incluso, habrían agredido y hurtado a menores de edad a las afueras de los colegios.
Una investigación liderada por la Seccional Boyacá de la Fiscalía, en articulación con la Policía Nacional, permitió capturar a seis presuntos integrantes de la estructura delincuencial ‘Los Teos’, quienes serían responsables de asaltar de manera violenta a transeúntes en Boyacá.
De acuerdo con el material probatorio, estarían inmersos en al menos 11 atracos violentos, ocurridos durante último año, en los municipios de Sogamoso, Duitama y Tibasosa.
Los indicios dan cuenta de que, al parecer, ‘Los Teos’ aprovechaban las horas de la noche y madrugada, para sorprender a los ciudadanos e intimidarlos con armas de fuego y cortopunzantes para despojarlos de dinero y elementos de valor. Se presume de que en algunas ocasiones, en medio de los hurtos, las víctimas habrían resultado lesionadas por los integrantes de esta estructura.
Asimismo, y de acuerdo con la evidencia obtenida en las investigaciones, habrían amenazado también con armas cortopunzantes a estudiantes menores de edad y a profesores en las afueras de los colegios para robarlos.
Uno de los detenidos es Jheison Javier Sulbaran Valero, quien sería uno de los principales articuladores de los atracos que cometían ‘Los Teos. También fueron detenidos Harold Giovanny Plazas Aza, Héctor Julio Abella Pérez, Juan Felipe Morales Avella, Cristian Donato Osorio Pérez y Ronaldo Avella Rodríguez.
En audiencias concentradas, ‘Los Teos’ fueron imputados por el delito de hurto calificado y agravado. Los procesados no se allanaron al cargo y por decisión de un juez con función de control de garantías, deberán cumplir medida de aseguramiento en cárcel.
La Seccional de Boyacá continúa adelantando las investigaciones pues no se descarta que hayan más víctimas de los hurtos cometidos por esta estructura delincuencial.
