- 50 personas reportadas como desaparecidas llegaron a los puestos de votación.
- A través de la Unidad de Recepción Inmediata para la Transparencia Electoral (URIEL) se recibieron 105 reportes de posibles delitos electorales.
El Puesto de Mando Unificado (PMU) dispuesto por el Fiscal General de la Nación, Francisco Barbosa Delgado, para monitorear el desarrollo de las elecciones presidenciales en el país, consolidó y verificó la información obtenida de los grupos de policía judicial y los equipos itinerantes desplegados en los territorios, luego del cierre de las urnas.
Este trabajo da cuenta de que 85 personas fueron capturadas durante la jornada. Cuatro detenciones tendrían relación con posibles delitos electorales.
“De estas capturas, 81 corresponden a órdenes judiciales por diferentes conductas ilícitas, en una multiplicidad de departamentos del país: Casanare, Arauca, Norte de Santander, Nariño, Cauca, Valle del Cauca, Antioquia, Cundinamarca, Santander, Meta, Tolima, Cesar, Magdalena, Sucre, La Guajira, Putumayo, Bolívar, Quindío y la capital de la República. Esto quiere decir que estas personas que tenían una orden judicial previa, la pudimos hacer efectiva, una vez estas personas ejercieron su derecho al voto y gracias a nuestra presencia se produjeron estas capturas. Estas personas serán puestas a disposición de los jueces de control de garantías”, señaló el Fiscal General de la Nación, Francisco Barbosa.
Entre los capturados está el profesor de un instituto educativo en Cali (Valle del Cauca), quien era buscado por el delito de acto sexual violento. Los hechos por los que se le requiere habrían ocurrido mientras ejerció como docente de un programa de licenciatura en artes escénicas y un programa infantil y juvenil.
En esta misma ciudad se reportó la detención de un hombre que haría parte de una red delictiva dedicada a la estafa, que estaría vinculada a cerca de 30 procesos judiciales.
De otra parte, en Facatativá (Cundinamarca) fue capturado alias JJ o Dago, presunto cabecilla financiero de la subestructura Luis Alfonso Echavarría del ‘Clan del Golfo`. En su contra había una orden judicial por concierto para delinquir.
En Ibagué (Tolima) fue capturado uno de los supuestos articuladores del grupo delincuencial ‘Fun Live’, al que también se le atribuyen estafas. Otros resultados en la capital tolimense es la detención de un señalado integrante de ‘Los Chorros’, una banda delincuencial investigada por homicidios.
Respecto a comportamientos contra los comicios, las cuatro capturas se registraron en Nariño, Cauca y Valle del Cauca, por delitos como falsedad personal y constreñimiento electoral.
El PMU reportó que 50 personas que habían sido reportadas como desaparecidas llegaron a los puestos de votación en Casanare, Antioquia, Risaralda, Huila, Boyacá, Bolívar, Cundinamarca, Caldas, Caquetá, Valle del Cauca, Tolima, Cesar y Meta.
Denuncias electorales
En Caquetá, Cundinamarca, Valle del Cauca, Boyacá, Cesar, Tolima y Cauca se recibieron doce denuncias por voto fraudulento y suplantaciones. Asimismo, se abrieron noticias criminales por presuntas intimidaciones contra la coordinadora de un partido político en Caquetá, y el aparente hurto de computadores y elementos en una sede política, en la localidad de Teusaquillo, en Bogotá.
La Fiscalía General de la Nación, a través de la Unidad de Recepción Inmediata para la Transparencia Electoral (URIEL), atendió 105 reportes de posibles delitos electorales, la mayoría por: corrupción al sufragante (22), voto fraudulento (22), constreñimiento al sufragante (21), tráfico de votos (14) y alteración de resultados electorales (10).
Así mismo, en el sistema URIEL quedaron registradas 45 quejas de ciudadanos en el exterior.
Orden público
De acuerdo con el último reporte del PMU, se presentaron 19 afectaciones al orden público en: Huila, Putumayo, Cesar, Valle del Cauca, Caquetá, Meta, Atlántico, Quindío, Guaviare y Arauca.
En la vereda Nueva Colombia, de Vista Hermosa (Meta), se presentó un intercambio de disparos mientras el Ejército Nacional custodiaba y acompañaba el traslado de los votos al helipuerto de esta población. Una jurado de votación murió y un teniente quedó herido. En lugar delinque la comisión Marco Aurelio Buendía de la estructura Jorge Briceño Suarez de las disidencias de las Farc.
Las autoridades conocieron de enfrentamientos entre las disidencias de las Farc y el ELN, en la vereda Normandía, en Puerto Rondón (Arauca); mientras que en Caquetá, Meta y Guaviare fueron detonados artefactos explosivos. Producto de una de los detonaciones un militar quedó herido en El Retorno (Guaviare).
