Las autoridades buscan al o los responsables de la tortura, muerte y presunto abuso sexual contra una mujer de 58 años de edad, ocurrido en zona rural de la población de Vergara, el pasado domingo 27 de febrero de este año 2022.
La Secretaría de la Mujer y Equidad de Género de Cundinamarca expidió un comunicado deplorando este hecho tan aberrante, el cual evidencia signos de violencia extrema, frente a lo cual se insta a las autoridades competentes para investigar este crimen bajo el tipo penal de feminicidio en el marco de la Ley 1761 de 2015, también conocida como Ley Rosa Elvira Cely
