Esta adquisición fue aprobada por el Consejo Directivo de la Corporación Autónoma Regional de Cundinamarca, presidida por el gobernador, Nicolás García Bustos.
Tras la aprobación, el Gobernador aseguró que, “procederemos de inmediato al trabajo técnico que se ha venido haciendo con la dirección de la CAR y el Instituto de Infraestructura y Concesiones de Cundinamarca. Ojalá, en unos cuantos meses, podamos contar con la maquinaria”.
Los nuevos combos se asignarán por provincias, así: 3 combos para Gualivá; 2 para Rionegro; 1 para Magdalena Centro; 1 para Bajo Magdalena; 1 para Alto Magdalena; 1 para Sumapaz; 1 para Tequendama; 1 para Ubaté; y 1 combo para que lo compartan Sabana Centro, Sabana Occidente y Soacha (La Calera).
El Mandatario recordó que, hace 10 días, convocó al Comité Departamental de Gestión del Riesgo para declarar la emergencia manifiesta, “y poder adelantar procesos de ayuda y de maquinaria para mitigar el riesgo y restaurar las vías afectadas en el departamento”.
Agregó el Gobernador que, durante su administración, “se han adquirido 8 combos, por valor de 16 mil millones de pesos, para que, con los que ya existían, tuviéramos 16 combos, uno para cada provincia, y uno adicional para Yacopí”.
Así mismo, de acuerdo con el jefe del Gobierno Seccional, la Gobernación lideró la compra, por 43 mil millones de pesos, “de maquinaria amarilla: el 80 por ciento de esa plata la puso la Gobernación y el 20 por ciento restante, cada ente territorial. Esa maquinaria ya se entregó a cada municipio”.
Finalmente, se informó que la CAR ha desplegado maquinaria y cuadrillas para atender las emergencias registradas en municipios como Guaduas, Bituima, Villeta, Útica, Quipile y otras diez poblaciones más.
