La acción investigativa de un equipo de funcionarios del Cuerpo Técnico de Investigación (CTI), articulados por un fiscal especializado de la Delegada para la Seguridad Territorial (DST), obtuvo a través de pruebas testimoniales e interceptaciones telefónicas el material probatorio para judicializar al cabecilla de ‘Los del Muro o Los Miguelito’ por ser presunto responsable de un homicidio colectivo ocurrido el 6 de agosto de 2021 en una vivienda del barrio Compartir (Soacha) donde fueron encontrados cuatro cuerpos sin vida con heridas con arma de fuego.
La contundencia del material probatorio recaudado por la Fiscalía permitió que un juez de control de garantías impusiera medida de aseguramiento en establecimiento carcelario para cuatro presuntos integrantes del grupo delincuencial ´Los del Muro o Los Miguelito´, dos personas más fueron judicializadas y continúan vinculadas a la investigación penal. Esta organización delictiva sería responsable de seis homicidios cometidos en Soacha (Cundinamarca) y Bogotá D.C.
A los integrantes de esta estructura delincuencial se les atribuye también un homicidio ocurrido el pasado 17 de enero, en el barrio Venecia, sur de Bogotá, donde un hombre disparó contra la víctima y huyó en una motocicleta. Este atentado habría sido planeado por Gómez Aya quien, se cree, contrató al sicario.
Se trata de Julio César Gómez Aya, alias César, quien sería el cabecilla de la banda y Édgar Alfonso Ochoa Patiño, capturados en cumplimiento de órdenes judiciales y José Ever Pérez Anzola, Daniel Ricardo Rubio Serna, alias Carcañal; Héctor Javier Cárdenas Téllez y Juan David Cárdenas Jiménez; detenidos en flagrancia.
En diligencias de registro y allanamiento, les fueron incautadas armas de fuego, dinero en efectivo y cerca de 200 dosis de estupefacientes, listas para ser comercializadas.
Otro hecho, ocurrido el pasado 1 de febrero, también atribuido a ‘Cesar’, terminó con la muerte de un hombre en Soacha. Así mismo, el 6 de diciembre de 2021, en el barrio San Mateo del mismo municipio, los procesados habrían hurtado una empresa encargada de abastecer de insumos los comercios de esta zona.
El accionar delictivo de ´Los Miguelito´ al parecer también abarcaba la venta de estupefacientes, robo a comerciantes en la modalidad de fleteo, extorsión y sicariato.
Alias César habría iniciado su actividad ilegal desde al año 2010. Se pudo constatar que fue condenado a nueve años de prisión por varios delitos.
De acuerdo a su nivel de participación, la Fiscalía les imputó a los procesados los delitos de homicidio agravado; fabricación, tráfico, porte o tenencia de armas de fuego, accesorios, partes o municiones; hurto agravado y calificado; tráfico de estupefacientes, destinación ilícita de muebles o inmuebles y concierto para delinquir.
