La Fiscalía General Seccional Bogotá, en un trabajo conjunto con la SIJÍN, logró la judicialización con medida de aseguramiento en centro carcelario de Juan Pablo Ferreira Patiño, presunto autor del delito de pornografía infantil.
Los investigadores expertos en informática forense, al descifrar el material encriptado en tres discos duros de sus computadores, le hallaron 26.876 archivos que corresponden a contenido explicito sexual con menores.
Asimismo, durante el procedimiento de análisis y extracción de información encontraron otros 659 videos de actividades sexuales con niñas, niños y adolescentes.
Según los elementos de prueba, esta persona haría parte de una organización presuntamente involucrada en esta clase de delitos cometidos en Bogotá desde febrero último hasta mediados de noviembre cuando se hizo efectiva su captura.
Durante los procedimientos de allanamiento y registro realizados en un apartamento del barrio San Jorge de la localidad de Suba, al norte de la capital, les fueron incautados, además, dos celulares en contenían 18 videos con menores.
El procesado no aceptó cargos, y por orden del juez de garantías fue remitido a un centro de reclusión en Bogotá.
