El hombre de 22 años, fue capturado en el municipio de Soacha Cundinamarca, el pasado martes 10 de enero, gracias a la denuncia de un ciudadano que permitió la investigación para recolectar las pruebas sobre las acusaciones.
El sujeto buscaba hombres, para entablar vinculos sexoafectivos con ellos y posteriormente los grababa sin su consentimiento. Con el material en vídeo realizaba amenazas de acudir a la familia de las víctimas de la extorsión, (esposa, hijos, familiares y amigos) si no accedía a pagos de determinadas sumas de dinero.
Cabe mencionar que las autoridades tienen conocimiento de tres víctimas, pero solo una de ellas denunció. La investigación por parte de los uniformados duró 20 días, en donde encontraron material probatorio suficiente para capturarlo.
El proceso judicial lo realizó el Gaula de Cundinamarca, se incautó un teléfono celular, desde donde el victimario realizaba las amenazas y exigencias a la victima. Además se recuperó la suma de trescientos cincuenta mil pesos.
Se espera que las autoridades adelanten las investigaciones respectivas para su judicialización.
