Cerca de $24 millones para cada uno de los tres proyectos seleccionados
Con ocasión de la conmemoración del Día Mundial del Agua, la Secretaría del Ambiente de Cundinamarca y el Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD), abrieron convocatoria para la presentación e implementación de proyectos de adaptación para el cambio climático con soluciones basadas en la naturaleza y en desarrollo de la línea estratégica seguridad hídrica, incluida en la política pública de cambio climático del departamento.
La iniciativa gubernamental tiene como propósito fortalecer la participación de organizaciones comunitarias sin ánimo de lucro, en procesos de implementación y financiamiento de proyectos a pequeña escala que permitan de una parte la gestión integral del recurso hídrico y, de otra, la adaptación al cambio climático aportando a la seguridad hídrica del territorio.
“En Cundinamarca la gran representación del recurso hídrico está en nuestros páramos que alimentan los acueductos urbanos y rurales, los humedales y lagunas por los cuales estamos llamados a conservar y a preservar”, indicó, Nidia Clemencia Riaño Rincón, secretaria de ambiente.
Por su parte Jairo Bárcenas, coordinador del proyecto gestión del riesgo de desastres de PNUD Colombia, reconoció el valor que para el planeta tiene este tipo de acciones: “Es importante fortalecer las gestiones desde ya, es momento de actuar por eso con la Gobernación a través de su secretaría del ambiente presentamos esta convocatoria para que los actores organizados propongan e implementen proyectos de adaptación al cambio climático con base en fortalecer acciones de seguridad hídrica”.
¿Quiénes se pueden presentar?
Organizaciones ambientales no gubernamentales sin ánimo de lucro, organizaciones comunitarias, organizaciones de acción comunal y asociaciones de acueducto que se encuentren legalmente constituidas, vigentes en el presente año y con sede en Cundinamarca, con experiencia e interés en temas ambientales (con especial énfasis en adaptación al cambio climático – soluciones basadas en la naturaleza) y gestión del recurso hídrico.
Las propuestas se recibirán desde el 29 de marzo hasta el 17 de abril del 2023 hasta las 12:00 del mediodía. Estas deberán ser enviadas con todos sus anexos al correo: cambioclimatico@cundinamarca.gov.co con copia a ana.pulido@undp.org
En total se elegirán tres proyectos los cuales serán beneficiados con una subvención de $23.800.000 para su implementación. Los resultados serán publicados el día 25 de abril de 2023. Los términos y condiciones de la convocatoria podrán ser consultadas en el siguiente enlace: https://bit.ly/3JXbqC0
