La Fiscalía General de la Nación, en coordinación con el Cuerpo Técnico de Investigación (CTI) y el Gaula Militar, capturaron a cuatro personas que harían parte de la organización delincuencial Estinfalo, investigada por una serie de hurtos cometidos en inmuebles de Bogotá y municipios de Cundinamarca.
Se trata Juan Pablo España Malaver, Alison Daniela Guerrero Escobar, Steven Macias Caicedo y Maicol David Silva Niño, quienes fueron presentados ante un juez con función de control de garantías, como posibles responsables de los delitos de concierto para delinquir y hurto calificado y agravado.
Los procesados se habrían organizado para ingresar de manera ilegal a apartamentos ubicados en conjuntos donde previamente se tenía identificado que no se encontraban los residentes y de esa forma se apropiaban de bicicletas, computadores, joyas y elementos de valor.
Análisis a videos de seguridad, entrevistas y labores de seguimientos permitieron obtener elementos materiales probatorios que vincularían a los procesados con, al menos, siete hurtos a residencias. Cálculos preliminares señalan que el valor de lo hurtado superaría los 160 millones de pesos.
Por petición de la Fiscalía, el juez del caso impuso a los procesados medida de aseguramiento privativa de la libertad.
