La fiscalía obtuvo medida de aseguramiento en centro carcelario contra un hombre de nacionalidad Venezolana identificado como Javier Alexis Hinestroza Medina, que sería el responsable de asesinar con arma blanca a un joven, de 17 años, en inmediaciones de un colegio de la localidad de Suba, en el noroccidente de Bogotá.
Los hechos investigados ocurrieron el pasado 3 de mayo, en el barrio Aures. El material de prueba da cuenta de que el menor de edad salió de la institución educativa y, supuestamente, fue interceptado por el procesado, quien lo increpó y se generó una riña.
En medio de la discusión, el hoy judicializado habría atacado al adolescente e intentó escapar; sin embargo, la rápida reacción de la comunidad impidió la huida. Unidades de la Policía llegaron al lugar y capturaron al señalado agresor, quien tenia en su poder el arma cortopunzante.
De otra parte , la victima fue trasladada en un taxi a la clínica juan N. Corpas, pero murió por la gravedad de una herida recibida en el tórax.
