Por petición de la Fiscalía General de la Nación, un juez de control de garantías impuso medida de aseguramiento privativa de la libertad en centro carcelario contra una mujer, posiblemente responsable de someter a distintos vejámenes sexuales a su hijo, un menor de seis años.
Los hechos se habrían presentado en el municipio de La Mesa (Cundinamarca) donde la mujer habría sometido al infante a distintas prácticas sexuales y tocamientos abusivos.
La investigación determinó que producto de estos actos, la mujer habría perdido la custodia del menor; sin embargo, existen indicios de que durante las visitas habría continuado incurriendo en dichos actos.
Por estos hechos, una fiscal de la Seccional Cundinamarca imputó a la procesada el delito de acceso carnal abusivo con menor de 14 años.
El Cuerpo Técnico de Investigaciones (CTI) Cundinamarca fue el encargado de capturar a la procesada en vía pública del municipio de Anapoima.
