Los activos, representados en ocho modernas oficinas en un edificio del norte de Bogotá, pertenecerían a alias Memo Fantasma.
La Dirección de Justicia Transicional de la Fiscalía General de la Nación entregó al Fondo para la Reparación a las Víctimas ocho bienes, avaluados en más de 20.000 millones de pesos, que harían parte del patrimonio ilícito de Guillermo León Acevedo, alias Memo Fantasma, y del denominado Bloque Central Bolívar de las extintas AUC.
Los activos están ubicados en un edificio del norte de Bogotá. Se trata de modernas oficinas, cuya área oscila entre los 92 y los 250 metros cuadrados. El costo de cada una podría ascender a los 4.300 millones de pesos.
Por solicitud de un fiscal del Grupo de Persecución de Bienes de la Dirección de Justicia Transicional, estos ocho bienes fueron afectados con medidas cautelares por la Sala de Control de Garantías de Justicia y Paz del Tribunal Superior de Bucaramanga, el pasado 16 de marzo.
En cifras
La Fiscalía ha detectado y entregado al Fondo de Reparación de Víctimas 82 bienes que estarían a título de las empresas constituidas por alias Memo Fantasma y algunos de sus familiares. En valor, las propiedades ascenderían a 85.000 millones de pesos.
En los últimos dos años, la Dirección de Justicia Transicional ha puesto a disposición del Fondo para la Reparación a las Víctimas 787 bienes, cuyo valor supera los 530.000 millones de pesos.
