La Fiscalía General de la Nación seccional Cundinamarca, en un trabajo conjunto con la policía judicial SIJIN, puso a disposición de un juez de garantías a Darwin Arley Rodríguez Moreno, quien habría atacado con un machete a su excompañera sentimental en medio de un acto de celos.
Al procesado le fueron imputados los delitos lesionales personales y violencia intrafamiliar, por hechos ocurridos el 15 de agosto de 2022, en el barrio San Bernardino de Soacha (Cundinamarca).
Según lo manifestado por testigos, la víctima esperaba un bus para dirigirse a su lugar de trabajo, cuando fue abordada por su expareja sentimental, quien, al parecer, la agredió 5 veces hiriéndola en su rostro.
Por su parte, la mujer fue atendida en un centro asistencial donde se recupera de las heridas, al tiempo que su presunto agresor fue remitido a la Cárcel Modelo en Bogotá.
