El hoy procesado se habría acercado a una adolescente de 15 años que viajaba en el automotor y ejercido varios compartimiento en contra de su formación sexual, mientras utilizaba palabras obscenas.
El señalado atacante, al parecer, le rompió el vestido a la víctima y le ocasionó una lesión en un dedo. Los demás pasajeros se percataron de lo que sucedía y alertaron a las unidades de la Policía Nacional que recorren el sistema de transporte masivo.
Torres Barrios fue capturado en situación de flagrancia y un fiscal de la Seccional Bogotá le imputó el delito de acto sexual violento. El cargo no fue aceptado.
